PROGRAM FOCUS
  • Build a personalised map of your stress states & how that looks and feels for you in order to recognise your reactions and be able to implement processes to guide you back to a state of wellbeing
  • Unpack beliefs and thought processes keeping you feeling stuck. Develop mindset tools to support you
  • Build self-trust in knowing what makes you, you. Align to your purpose with confidence.
  • Create goals that excite you, and break these down into phases to support habit change using mindset and consistent action - while enjoying the process
  • Investigate the underlying reasons why lifestyle factors like nutrition and movement may be currently hindering you, and create manageable adjustments to support you

RELEASE PROGRAM

Let's work together to uncover the beliefs that are holding you back and create positive health habits that support you. Together I can guide you to build a healthy relationship with your body and embrace positive change. BOOSTING BOUNDARIES PROGRAM

Need some support through your current life challenges. If you're feeling stressed or know you need to set boundaries, this coaching can help. With guidance, you can gain clarity on why and how to communicate your needs with confidence. Our goal will be to enhance your connections, and align your behavior patterns, all in support of your well-being. 4 Week 1:1 Personal Coaching Program

  • Re-connect to your core values, strengths, and personal needs to build a solid foundation of understanding what boundary is required for your wellbeing
  • Unpack any beliefs tied to your pain points standing in the way of asking for what you need
  • Uncover and strengthen your why. This will be your driver to follow through
  • Feel fully supported as you tap into your inner courage to create the desired authentic connections through your new clear boundaries
  • Plan how you will communicate with confidence to be able to implement your boundary even in the face of discomfort
